Easter Eve, Vigil, Saturday, 30 March, St Leonard's (time to follow)

We start with a fire in the car park , light the paschal candle, with ceremony and process the candle into a darkened church as the peoples candles are li.  This is a dramatic celebration of the light of Christ entering the church, celebrated on the Eve of Easter Day, when traditionally the Easter festival starts.

Spend time reflecting before the cross.

A simple supper and Holy Communion as we celebrate the last supper .when Jesus washed his disciples feet.
